Ingredients

2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 cup of roasted gram flour
2 tablespoons of ghee

1 teaspoon of coriander powder

1 teaspoon of garam masala
1 medium-sized eggplant
2 medium-sized tomatoes
2 medium-sized potatoes
2 tablespoons of oil

Method

In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of whole wheat flour, 1 cup of roasted gram flour, 2 tablespoons of ghee, and salt to taste. Mix everything together to form a soft dough.
Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them out.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, and 1 teaspoon of garam masala.
Fill the flattened dough with this spice mixture and shape it into a ball.
Bake the Litti over hot coal or in an oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
